Returning Goods & Refunds

How do I return an item?

All items you wish to return must be in perfect condition. All labels must still be attached to the goods.  Pack all items in their original packaging.
Please fill out the return form and enclose it and/or a copy of the invoice for the goods. This way we can better allocate your return and guarantee a fast processing.  You have not received a return receipt or have mislaid it? Here you have the possibility to print a new ticket.

Refunds

As soon as your return has reached our warehouse and has been processed by our quality control department, we will arrange your refund to your original payment method. We will let you know once we have processed your return.

For our customers from Switzerland, bank charges will be incurred when paying a refund. Unfortunately, we can not refund those costs. Important note for returns from outside the EU:

Please select the option “Return goods” or “Return” in your carrier’s online portal to avoid additional customs charges. Print out the automatically generated customs document and attach it visibly on the outside of the package.

Important: Not all carriers offer this option. We cannot accept non-declared returns and assume no liability.


Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
